Australia’s most well known TV host has put his renovated Noosa mansion up for rent four years after snapping up the home for millions of dollars.
Today Show host Karl Stefanovic and his wife Jasmine bought the mansion in 2020 for $3.6m shortly before the arrival of their firstborn, Harper.
The couple then renovated the house for a European-style boutique hotel experience - inspired by their travels - with the help of Mrs Stefanovic’s designer sister Jade Yarbrough, much of which was completed during the pandemic.
The five-bedroom, five bathroom home - named Villa Isabelle - is located at one of the most high-profile streets in Sunshine Beach on Seaview Terrace.
The renovated abode was then projected to be sold in 2022 after the couple deemed they could only visit their Queensland home a few weeks a year.
The house has now instead been listed by Noosa Beach Abodes to be rented as a full holiday home for $1000 per night.
Up to 12 guests can be accommodated, meaning the cost can be as low as $83 per person.
From its balconies and alfresco entertaining area, guests can soak up the 180 degrees view of pristine beach which is just a short walk away
Spread over three floors, the holiday home’s amenities include a heated pool and barbecue in the outdoor area, modern furnishings, a garage for parking and all essential amenities from a kitchen and laundry to facilities for coffee and tea.
