Two people have been rushed to hospital with injuries after a fiery truck crash and a horror motorcycle crash on the Sunshine Coast.

Multiple paramedics attended a truck and car crash, where the car was on fire, on Nambour Connection Road and Schuber Road, Woombye, at 12.38am, Friday morning.

A Queensland Fire Department spokeswoman said five crews attended the crash at 12.45am.

She said the car originally was on fire but the truck had also caught fire 12.50am.

“By 1am the car was extinguished,” she said.

“By 2.23am it was all under control.

“Last crew left at 6am.”

One woman was taken to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.

Later, there was another crash at Glenview on the Sunshine Coast Friday morning.

One man in his 30s was rushed to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, in a stable condition, with upper limb injuries, after a car and motorcycle crash on Steve Irwin Way at 4.24am.
