The QAFL and QAFLW season is well and truly underway as we reveal our next instalment of who the senior coaches have named as the player with the “most X-factor”.
Each week we will reveal each team’s stand out players, with the best ball user to be uncovered in the coming weeks.

Week 6: Most X-Factor
QAFL
Broadbeach, Craig O’Brien: Fletcher Hooker, has been training with Southport in the VFL and brings good pace and solid physical skills to the game.
Labrador, Clint Watts: Cooper Anderson, is another that’sSouthport listed, plays half forward that can pinch hit in the ruck. Is all around exciting and a real athlete.
Maroochydore, Ben Jones: Sam McLachlan, no matter if he’s playing tall or playing short he provides x-factor anywhere on the field and is a headache for opposition players.
Aspley, Daniel Webster: Will Peppin, he loves a mark and can do some crazy things with the ball.
Morningside, Paul Egan: Kelly Castle, lightning quick over the first four or five meters.
Noosa, Chris Rourke: Aaron Wilson, the Tigers vice-captain and clinical full-forward is always a handful for opposition players that know if they can’t stop him early he can punish them when it matters.
Sherwood, Jarad Marsh: Deng Arok, is lightning fast and can do some very special things with the footy.
Redland Victoria Point, Phil Carse: Campbell Aston, brother to Brock, can break a line with his incredible speed.
Surfers Paradise, Matt Lappin: Benny Woodburn, is a high pressure player, goes full pace every minute of the game, anything could happen.

Aspley Hornets, Luke Glacken: Louise Tyson, another recruit from UQ that can cover a number of positions and always seems to excel against her match-ups.
Coorparoo Kings, Rebecca Randazzo: Laura Blue
UQ, Ross Clayfield: Jane Childes
Yeronga, Lisa Milne: Sophie Wheeler
Maroochydore, Dave Hume: Renee Teys, provides plenty of team structure, flair and go-forward for the Roos as a quality centre halfback.
Southport Sharks, Peter Doherty: Faith Alchin
Wilston Grange, Brenton Meddings: Gemma Donataccio, everything seems to come together when ‘Dash’ gets her hands on the footy whether it’s players finding space or her taking on three defenders. An exciting talent to watch.
