A Motorbike rider has been flown to hospital after a Sunshine Coast hinterland crash left him with “significant arm and leg injuries”.
A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said the patient, believed to be a man, had been flown to Royal Brisbane and Women‘s Hospital in a serious condition following the crash 10km out of Kenilworth.
The man suffered “significant arm and leg injuries”.
A Queensland Police Spokeswoman said police had reopened Brooloo Road and Bluff Road in Kenilworth.

Road users are being told to avoid a Sunshine Coast hinterland road after a helicopter was called to a car and motorcycle crash that left a patient with “significant injuries”.
Emergency services, including a rescue helicopter are on the scene of the crash that happen around 10am on Brooloo Road and Bluff Road in Kenilworth.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said the reported male patient is being treated for “significant” arm and leg injuries.

Queensland Police Service tweeted the section of road was closed after the accident and asked drivers to avoid the area.
A diversion via Moy Pocket Road has been put in place.

A rescue helicopter has been called after a road user suffered significant injuries when a motorcycle and car crashed on a Sunshine Coast hinterland road.
A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said paramedics were called to the scene of the crash on Brooloo Road and Bluff Road in Kenilworth at 10am on Saturday.
She said a helicopter had been tasked to attend where one patient had suffered “significant arm and leg injuries”.
Police and fire crews are on their way to the accident.
