A 40-year-old Yandina woman who had a drunken outburst at a ritzy Noosaville hotel said she was going to kill a man she had gone there to visit.

Lisa-Maree Pourrashidi escaped a conviction after she pleaded guilty to public nuisance in Noosa Magistrates Court this month.

Police prosecutor James Allen said officers were called to a Noosaville hotel in relation to a disturbance at 10pm on November 22.

The court heard the assistant nurse had arrived a half an hour later with music blasting from her vehicle to visit a guest.

Hotel witnesses said they could hear the 40-year-old being disorderly and continually saying the word “f---”.

She then refused to move on after she was told she was no longer welcome in the common areas.

Mr Allen said she was heard saying she would kill the occupant of the room she had visited.

Noosa Magistrates Court was told security arrived prior to police and found her in the carpark with her jacket inside out.

Police tried to escort Pourrashidi away from the hotel when she became belligerent towards them.

The Yandina woman sat down on the driveway and said she wasn’t going anywhere and was arrested for public nuisance.

Mr Allen said the 40-year-old refused a breath test even though she told police she only had two vodkas at 4pm that day.

Pourrashidi represented herself and said she was “disgusted” with her actions.

Magistrate Haydn Stjernqvist asked what brought her to the hotel, to which Pourrashidi replied it was an ex-partner.

“Bianca … doesn’t sound very salubrious,” Mr Stjernqvist said.

The Yandina woman was fined $350 with no conviction recorded.
