Ilkley alleged drug raid: Sunshine Coast detectives charge three men
Yachts, amphetamines and $60k cash: Detectives have swooped on a Sunshine Coast hinterland home following investigations into an alleged drug operation, charging three people with various drug offences.

Three men have been charged after detectives swooped on a “heavily fortified” home, allegedly finding $60,000 in cash and a large amount of meth.
Multiple unmarked police vehicles along with SES volunteers were seen executing a search warrant at an Ilkley Rd address near Eudlo about 6am on Wednesday, July 20, 2022.
Neighbours along Ilkley Rd told the Sunshine Coast Daily they saw plain-clothed detectives along with more than a dozen SES volunteers scouring the property.
Detective Senior Sergeant Craig Mansfield said police will allege 28g of meth, $60,000 in cash and stolen property was found at the 4ha property.
Police will allege a speed lab was also found.
An Ilkley man, 49, was charged with one count of drug trafficking, six counts of supplying dangerous drugs (methylamphetamine) and one count of possessing dangerous drugs (cannabis) and will front Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Thursday.
A 51-year-old man Ilkley man has also been charged with two counts of possessing dangerous drugs (methylamphetamine and diazepam), while a 39-year-old has been charged with possessing a dangerous drug (cannabis).
Sergeant Mansfield said Operation Uniform Canterbury began in March 2022 following an investigation into the alleged trafficking of meth and marijuana on the Sunshine Coast.
Police allege a number of firearms were found on the property along with stolen jewellery, power tools and other building material taken from homes under construction.
Sergeant Mansfield said police also seized two yachts in Mooloolaba, alleged to have been gained from the proceeds of crime.
