Driver allegedly flees after Moffat Beach crash
A child was taken to hospital with a neck injury after a driver allegedly fled the scene of a two-car crash on a Sunshine Coast intersection.

Police are still looking for a driver who allegedly fled the scene of a two-car crash that left a young boy with a neck injury.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman said there had been no new developments and police were still looking for the alleged driver.
8:30am
A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said two cars were involved in the crash on the intersection of Buccleugh Street and Roderick Street, Moffat Beach at 10.38pm on Saturday.
The spokesman said a female in her 40s suffered neck and knee injuries and a boy sustained a neck injury.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman said police were aware of the crash where a driver had allegedly fled the scene on foot.
The driver is alleged to have left the car at the scene.
The spokeswoman said police had limited details, but expected an investigation to be done.
Both patients were taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
