"The ocean view dominated the discussion but equally the fact that it was so quiet and peaceful on the site,” said Lloyd Edwards of Ray White Buderim.

Bidding started from the floor at $500,000 then lept to $700,000, The offers increased steadily to $800,000 at which point instructions were sought from the seller.

"Not enough, was the response, and negotiations are continuing. This is one of the coast's best blocks and will be selling to one very lucky buyer who then will build one of the best homes in the area," stated Lloyd. "The land is currently listed at $940,000.”
