Documents show Ms Cross currently lives at a property in Stanmore in Moreton Bay, working as a beauty therapist.

Property data shows the 65ha Stanmore site was bought by Michael Paul Cross in January 2023 for $2.6m. The data also shows Mr Cross owns the 10ha property on Ratcliffe Rd in Diamond Valley.

There is no suggestion of any wrongdoing by Mr Cross.

The alleged fraud offences took place at the Diamond Valley property, the court documents stated.

Ms Cross was charged by police in September last year.

The second charge is an alleged attempted fraud offence between July and October 2020, where Ms Cross is alleged to have attempted to dishonestly obtain money from Queensland Rural and Industry Development Authority.

According to the court documents, no pleas have been entered.
