A woman has been rushed to hospital with a serious head injury after she was struck by a falling tree at a Sunshine Coast hinterland property on Tuesday morning.
Paramedics were called to the Eudlo property at 9.18am on Tuesday, August 29, to reports a tree had fallen on someone.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said a woman in her 40s was rushed to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a serious condition with a “substantial” head injury and a shoulder injury.
She said no other emergency services were called to the scene.
