Bruce Highway closed at Caboolture after serious crash
A person has been rushed to hospital in a critical condition and northbound Bruce Highway lanes near the Sunshine Coast are closed after a truck and motorcycle crash.

The northbound lanes of the Bruce Highway have been closed at Caboolture after a serious truck and motorcycle crash.
Critical care paramedics and police arrived at the scene at the Bruce Highway on-ramp and Bribie Island Road about 1.10pm.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said one person was in a critical condition with head and chest injuries.
She said critical care paramedics rushed the person to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital under lights and sirens.
Queensland Police said the highway was closed as of 1.35pm.
Motorists have been urged to avoid the area if possible.
It comes after a van fire on the highway at Landsborough created major delays for motorists earlier on Tuesday.
