Two teenagers are still in hospital following a horror car crash at Bli Bli while a Sunshine Coast family is mourning the loss of a 17-year-old boy.

A Sunshine Coast family is mourning the loss of a 17-year-old boy after a horror car crash on Thursday afternoon.
Emergency services rushed to Finland Rd, Bli Bli, on Thursday, around 3.54pm, following reports of a car rollover.
Queensland Police confirmed a 17-year-old Buderim boy, who was a passenger in the back seat of the car, died at the scene.
A police spokesman said two other boys, aged 15 and 17 and both from Bli Bli, were rushed to hospital.
A Sunshine Coast University Hospital spokeswoman confirmed the two boys were in a stable condition as of 12pm Friday, June 10.
According to Queensland Police, emergency services arrived to find the car had rolled and collided with a power pole.
They said three teenagers were in the car.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating and appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash, or motorists with relevant dashcam vision, to contact them.
It comes as new data confirmed up to 31 people have lost their lives on the North Coast District’s roads which encompasses the Moreton, Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay areas, with 11 of those being from the Sunshine Coast.
