A 27-year-old man has been charged in relation to the death of a man who fell from a ute tray at Thargomindah, west of Cunnamulla.
Police will allege the man was driving the Toyota Landcruiser utility on Dowling Street when 38-year-old Scott Todd fell from the tray of the vehicle on June 11.
Mr Todd suffered critical injuries and died at the scene.
He was a father of two girls and a boy and ran sheep, goats and cattle at Brigalow Downs, south of Bollon.
The driver, a Thargomindah local, was bailed to appear in Cunnamulla Magistrates Court on July 6.
He is facing one count of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death.
