It was a busy weekend for police, with officers dealing with an unruly young man and executing a search warrant.
On Sunday, June 13, police called to a Youngman street address in relation to a disturbance at 9.30am.
A 21-year-old New Farm man was directed by police a number of times to leave the area before being given a move on direction.
Officer-in-charge senior sergeant David Tierney said the male continued to ignore the direction and so was arrested in relation and taken to the Kingaroy Watchhouse.
A search of the male found him possession of a small amount of cannabis and a number of unprescribed medications.
The man will appear in the Kingaroy Magistrates Court on July 5 charged with possessing a dangerous drug (2), obstruct police and disobeying a move on direction.
Later that day at 1pm, police executed a search warrant at an Ivy street address.
Officers located a small amount of cannabis and drug utensils in the possession of the resident a 23-year-old male.
The man will appear in the Kingaroy Magistrates Court on July 5 charged with possessing a dangerous drug and drug utensils.
