A truck driver has been hospitalised after a two-vehicle crash in the North Burnett.
Emergency crews were called to the Burnett Highway at Reids Creek at 12.26pm, Monday, June 14, after reports of a truck and vehicle crash.
A Queensland Ambulance Services spokeswoman confirmed paramedics had transported the truck driver to Gayndah Hospital in a stable condition.
The driver’s age and injuries were not confirmed.
The crash is the second on the same stretch of highway in two-days.
On Sunday, June 13, the highway was closed for some time following a single-vehicle rollover.
A man in his 80s was flown to hospital in a stable condition following the rollover, while a second patient was taken to Gayndah Hospital.
It’s believed the crash occurred after the vehicle the pair were travelling in swerved to avoid a Kangaroo.
