Nanango residents past and present came together to celebrate 175 years of the South Burnett town.
The event kicked off at 9.30am on Saturday with guests reminiscing about ‘the good old days’, catching up with old friends, teachers, their own students and relatives.
Alexandra Koch had travelled from Germany to attend the reunion.
“We lived here for eight years in the 1960s where I attended Nanango State School as a child,” Mrs Koch said.
“I remember it so well, it’s been lovely to see people I knew back then,” she said.
The event also hosted a 50-year school reunion for Nanango High School’s 1973 graduates.
