Two patients were assessed by paramedics, after emergency services were called to a rollover in the South Burnett.
A male patient was transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition with back pain.
Emergency services were called to a single-vehicle rollover on Meiers Road at 6.46pm.
The second stable patient declined transport to hospital.
