A man has been transported to hospital following a head-on crash in Ban Ban Springs early Thursday morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident on the Burnett Highway and Isis Highway just after 6am.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman said the drivers, reportedly both men, crashed head-on at the intersection between the two major highways.
One man was taken to Gayndah Hospital in a stable condition with unconfirmed injuries.
The other driver was uninjured and declined transportation to hospital.
