A man has been taken to hospital after two cars crashed on the Burnett Highway in the early hours of Wednesday.
He was left with injuries to his chest after the vehicles collided at Booubyjan, south of Gayndah.
Emergency crews were called to the scene at about 12.40am.
The man, whose age has not been released, was transported to Gayndah Hospital in a stable condition.
