Truck fire reported at 2am south of Miriam Vale on Bruce Highway
Emergency services were called to a truck fire on the Bruce Highway in the Gladstone region which has caused early morning delays.

Emergency services were called to a trailer on fire south of Miriam Vale early on Wednesday.
The call came in about 2.36am near Dahl’s Road and Lavender Road on the Bruce Highway.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokesman said the trailer was carrying parcels and had caught on fire.
Up to three fire crews were called in.
Paramedics attended the scene and no patients were reported at this time.
Lanes of the highway were blocked and the southbound lane re-opened at 6am.
Fire investigators have been requested.
