He said the buyers were graziers from out west in Central Queensland.

The fully renovated home boasts four bedrooms across two levels, with two bedrooms on the lower level with a private bathroom and games area, and a master retreat with walk-in robe and ensuite upstairs, plus a fourth bedroom and third bathroom, both with ocean views.

The home also has a large double car garage, kitchen with stone marble benchtops and breakfast bar looking out to the ocean, and an open plan layout that flows onto an ocean view deck.

Outside boasts a barbecue hut with outdoor kitchen and fourth bathroom and rolling green lawn onto the sandy beach.

Situated on a 1247 sqm allotment with views of the Keppel islands, Mr Minto said it was all about the size of the block of land with absolute beach frontage.

“You don’t get much better than that,” he said.

He said Yeppoon’s property market was still going strong.

“It is still strong because there is not enough houses available to keep up with the amount of people that want to move here,” he said.

“There is just not enough supply.”
