An opulent tri-level home with 180 degrees of sweeping coastal views along the Capricorn Coast has sold for $1.6m to buyers from Outback Queensland.
The property at 37 Bayview Drive, Lammermoor, sold for $1.6 million on February 4 through @ Real Estate.
Sales agent Sarah Corry said there was a lot of interest in the property before it sold from both local and interstate buyers.
“We had about 24 views through the open homes,” Ms Corry said.
She said the buyer was an investor from Charleville.
“They are going to use it as a rental in the interim and eventually look at it for retirement for themselves,” she said.
The tri-level home was built in 2008 and is 600 sqm under roof with porcelain tiles throughout.
The home boasts four bedrooms, with a private balcony attaching to the main bedroom, three bathrooms, an impressive entry foyer, chefs kitchen with multiple casual dining options, huge entertainment balcony, family sized home theatre room and a triple garage.
The home also has 180 degrees of sweeping coastal views along the Capricorn Coast.
“Amazing sea views from almost every room in the house,” Ms Corry said.
“It was very opulent. The entire fit-out was absolutely stunning.
“The seller was absolutely over the moon to achieve such a record price and the buyers are really looking forward to enjoying the area and the property itself when they eventually retire.”
