A split-level home overlooking Cooee Bay beach and the ocean beyond has sold to a Rockhampton family for $1.55 million after just days on the market.
The 2 Ocean Parade, Cooee Bay, property sold on January 16 through Ray White Rockhampton.
Principal David Bell said the home sold within a week of it being listed on the market through his agency and that there was a lot of interest.
“I had eight inspections in about five days,” Mr Bell said.
The split level home boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms over 405sq m.
The main floor has a large living space with high-raked ceilings and polished timber floors, kitchen and spacious dining area, large deck, main and second bedrooms, and bathroom.
Downstairs boasts two bedrooms with ocean views and bathroom.
Mr Bell said the key features of the home were the location and “uninterrupted” ocean views.
“I think it’s a pretty strong sale for the size of the allotment it is on,” Mr Bell said.
“It was definitely in-demand.
“There is still a lot of interest in the Rockhampton and Yeppoon area.”
