Todd Ave in Yeppoon is one of the most sought-after locations along the Capricorn Coast and boasts a number of absolute beachfront homes at Farnborough Beach.
The recent sale of 13 Todd Ave in January saw a “massive amount of interest” from buyers out west, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Melbourne and even Hong Kong.
“Inquiries in the hundreds,” Elders Real Estate Yeppoon principal Paul Minto said.
