One person declines paramedics’ help after train and vehicle incident

Paramedics took two people in stable conditions to hospital on Saturday evening after a train and vehicle collided in the city.

Paramedics took two people in stable conditions to Rockhampton Hospital on Saturday about 9.15pm after a train and vehicle collided in the city.

There were scant details available, but a Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said the incident occurred at the intersection of Archer and Denison streets.

The patients taken to hospital had no reported injuries, according to the Queensland Ambulance Service.

A third person declined any assessment or care from paramedics and did not want to be taken to hospital.
