An update has been heard in the court case of a woman charged with fraud and attempted fraud.

Nicole Kristeen Mcclymont had her matters mentioned in Rockhampton Magistrates Court on June 15.

Defence lawyer David Mills wrote to the court, asking that Ms Mcclymont’s matters be adjourned for two weeks.

The court heard Mr Mills wrote that he was waiting to receive a reply to witness submissions.

Police prosecutor sergeant Darrell Dalton said the prosecution responded to those submissions on June 14.

Magistrate Cameron Press adjourned Ms McClymont’s matters to June 29.

Ms McClymont’s bail was enlarged.

She was charged with three counts of attempted fraud and one count of fraud.
