Drug sales “tick sheets” were found by police during a raid of a Biloela mother’s home, a court has heard.
Kym Nicole Harcla, 52, pleaded guilty in Biloela Magistrates Court this month to two counts of possessing a dangerous drug, and one count each of possessing drug utensils and something used in the commission of a drug crime.
The court heard police executed a search warrant at Harcla’s Biloela residence on July 4.
Police prosecutor Kelvin Boyd said officers seized 30.6g of cannabis, cannabis oil, digital scales, a bong, and a notebook containing people’s names and monetary amounts which was commonly referred to as a “tick sheet.”
The court heard Harcla had drug offending on her criminal history including two entries from last year.
It was also told Harcla, a mother, had made an appointment with Alcohol and Other Drugs Service (AODS).
A self-represented Harcla told Magistrate Philippa Beckinsale she did not want to be placed on probation.
Ms Beckinsale instead fined Harcla $800 and convictions were recorded.
