A man who made several vile, sexual comments to a woman in the street at Moura has faced court.

Dean James Stevens, 34, pleaded guilty in Biloela Magistrates Court on March 9 to public nuisance.

The court heard that on February 11, about 7pm at Moura, police were “flagged down” by a woman in relation to a man yelling and swearing at her and others in Davey Street.

That man was Stevens and police prosecutor Sergeant Darrell Dalton said Stevens yelled out to the woman “come and suck my penis, do you want to f---? and give me a b---job, b---h?”.

Police arrested Stevens and he was breath tested, returning a reading of .228.

“So he was highly intoxicated at that time,” Sgt Dalton said.

The court heard that Stevens had a 2007 previous public nuisance offence on his history.

Representing himself in court, Stevens told Magistrate Philippa Beckinsale that he lived in public housing and a public trustee managed his finances.

Ms Beckinsale fined Stevens $400.
