Attendants threatened during armed robbery at Star Liquor Yeppoon | Video

Police have released CCTV footage following an armed robbery at a Capricorn Coast business. Watch the video.

Wearing a jacket, long pants and a cap, a man strides into a Capricorn Coast business with his hands buried in his pockets.

As he makes his way further into the store, he pulls out a blade and advances toward shocked workers with the weapon pointed at them.

The terrifying ordeal was caught on CCTV and police are now appealing for information after the man allegedly made off with cash during the armed robbery of a Yeppoon business on Monday night.

Police allege that just before 10pm, the man entered the Star Liquor bottle shop on James Street armed with a knife.

He allegedly threatened the store attendants and demanded cash.

The man then fled the scene on foot with the money.

The man is described as caucasian, in his early 20s, about 160cm tall, wearing a dark-green full-length jacket, red cap, long black pants.

Investigations are seeking any witnesses to come forward.
