A man’s condition has improved after he was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries after the car he was in crashed into a pole.

A man’s condition has improved after he was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries after the car he was in crashed into a pole.
Emergency services were called to a single-vehicle crash on Hinchliff St, Kawana in Rockhampton just after 11.30pm Saturday.
A car had left the road and crashed into a pole.
Members of the Queensland Ambulance Service treated a man in his 20s with life-threatening head injuries and a man in his 30s with abdominal injuries.
Both were taken to Rockhampton Hospital.
The man in his 20s was in a critical condition.
The man in his 30s was stable.
A Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service spokeswoman said on Monday the man in his 20s was stable.
She said the man in his 30s had been discharged from hospital.
