About 12.30am on Monday, emergency crews were called to the crash on Edward St.
The three young men were taken to Mount Morgan Hospital in stable conditions with minor injuries.
In Rockhampton emergency crews were called to a crash at Koongal about 3.35am.
Paramedics assessed a man for minor injuries after a car crashed into a parked truck on Lakes Creek Rd.
The man was taken to Rockhampton Hospital in a stable condition.
