Stockwell starts construction for Hof Noosaville apartments

A developer has reached an important milestone for a $60m complex with 90 apartments in a rapidly growing Noosa precinct.

Construction has started at Stockwell’s $60m Hof apartments at a growing Noosa precinct.

Construction has started on a $60m apartment complex project at a growing Noosa region residential hub in a bid to boost affordable housing options.

Stockwell confirmed work has started on its Hof Noosaville residential apartments within the Noosa Business Centre.

This comes shortly after Stockwell began construction on the Noosa Civic Medihub.

Stockwell managing director Mark Stockwell said the milestone continues the company’s work with Noosa Council to provide developments for Noosa’s growing community.

“Hof’s 90 apartments are a deliberate step to provide more housing opportunities for the local community particularly those who will be working in the immediate vicinity,” he said.

The apartments would be located near the Medihub which is under construction and will offer a range of medical and professional health services.

A Stockwell spokesperson said the lowest price a unit has been sold for was $495,000.

The project includes one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as a recreational area with a pool and outdoor kitchens.

With only a small number of properties remaining for sale, most have been snapped up by Sunshine Coast residents, from first home buyers to retirees.

Stockwell Design and Construction has been appointed to oversee the construction of the apartment complex and the Noosa Civic Medihub.

The project is a result of Stockwell’s subdivision works for the Noosa Business Centre to create services, road infrastructure and residential development.
