A woman has been rushed to hospital in a ‘potentially life-threatening’ condition after she fell off an e-scooter.

A woman has suffered significant injuries after she fell off her e-scooter in Mackay.
Paramedics rushed to the incident in Keeleys Rd in Mackay Harbour about 6.05pm yesterday, April 20.
They treated the woman in 30s for significant head, abdominal and chest injuries before she was taken to Mackay Hospital in a potentially life-threatening condition.
A Queensland Police Service spokesman said an initial investigation showed it was an incident involving an e-scooter and the woman had fallen from the device.
