Emergency crews were called after a vehicle rolled multiple times at Gargett.
It is understood paramedics are assessing one woman and she did not have to be cut from the vehicle, which blocked the roadway for a short time.
The rollover occurred about 9.26am Sunday on Mackay Eungella Rd prompting calls to police, fire and paramedic crews to attend the scene.
A Queensland Fire Department spokesman said one crew was on scene and had moved the vehicle from the middle of the road where it had comes to a stop.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said paramedics were assessing one patient.
More to come.
