Car Crashes Into an Ooralea Home

The driver of a car has lost control and crashed into a Mackay home, smashing a hole in the side.

Owner Anthony Tindale was at the home at 2 Daniel Ct Ooralea when the incident occurred.

He said he heard a “big clap of thunder” when the car hit the house.

“They (the occupants of the vehicle) just lost control as far as I know,” he said.

“They were all sitting in the car when I came.”

Mr Tindale said he was “upset” rather than shocked.
