The full extent of the region’s red hot property market has been revealed. We reveal who sold the most expensive houses across the region, and who bought them.

The past two years have proven to be blistering ones for the Gympie property market with record sales across the region.
CoreLogic RP Data records reveal that, in 20 of the 22 Gympie suburbs analysed, the top price paid for a house was forked out in either 2021 or 2022.
Some of these price tags were massive, with more than half of those suburbs (12) recording sale prices of more than $1million on the most expensive properties.
Vacant blocks of land, and sites bought to be built on by developers have been excluded from the list.
