A 41-year-old woman was sentenced in Gympie court for 10 charges for supplying drugs late in 2021.
Dannielle Louise Wright pleaded guilty to 10 charges of supplying drugs, and to charges of possessing dangerous drugs, possessing property used in a drug offence and possessing property used in a crime.
Wright was found by police with acid and cannabis including two clip-seal bags containing 28 grams of cannabis.
“It was a large amount of drugs she was charged with,” police prosecutor Melissa Campbell told the court.
Wright used cannabis to deal with pain from back injuries and gave drugs to her friends for free whenever she was asked.
Wright is a single mother of five and works at a golf shop at a golf course, lawyer Laura Nightingale said.
She was put on probation for 18 months and convictions were recorded.
