Festivities continued at the Southside as thousands turned out to enjoy day two of the 2023 Gympie Show. See the gallery of great photos:

A chilly start to the morning did not deter the crowds as thousands turned out to enjoy People’s Day at the 2023 Gympie Show.

From rides to cattle competitions, live animals and the grand parade were among the entertainment unfolding across the Showgrounds, while sideshow alley and the rides continued to be a popular draw for punters.

Line-ups for food were lengthy but there was no shortage of smiles as patrons took some time to enjoy endless blue skies and sunshine, a stark contrast to 2022 when the iconic regional event was forced to shut amid flash flooding.
