Car explodes in flames after trying to save kangaroo in Mary Valley
Two people have been treated at the scene of an incident in the Mary Valley after a kangaroo leapt out on to the road in front of a car.

Emergency services rushed to a vehicle on fire in the Mary Valley in the early hours of Friday morning after the driver swerved to avoid hitting a kangaroo.
A Queensland Ambulance Service report stated the car burst into flames after hitting a ditch on Imbil Rd at Kandanga about 1.20am.
Two fire crews arrived to extinguish the flames as well as the surrounding vegetation that caught fire, a QAS spokesperson said.
Paramedics assessed two patients who had minor injuries but who declined to be taken to hospital.
