Emergency services are treating two patients after a vehicle rolled over on a highway south of Gympie, just a few kilometres from a recent tragic crash in Gilldora.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said they received a report of a single vehicle rollover on the Mary Valley Highway at Lagoon Pocket, near the intersection with Paling Road, just before 9am on Friday, July 25.
They treated a woman in her 50s, and a primary school boy who were both in a “fairly stable condition”, the QAS spokesman said.
The incident blocked the highway, with one ambulance crew and a police vehicle reported at the scene redirecting traffic.
Injury assessments and investigations were ongoing, QAS said.
