A woman and a child had a lucky escape from serious injuries after their car crashed and burst into flames on a quiet rural road at Wrattens Forest.
The pair were able to escape the vehicle before the blaze engulfed their car, which crashed near the intersection of Mount Coora and Blacksnake roads just before 1pm Tuesday.
A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said they were taken to Murgon Hospital with “superficial” injuries following the crash.
