A beachfront home on acreage in the heart of Agnes Water has sold for $2.85 million after attracting strong interest.

The property at 44 Captain Cook Drive sold on February 24 through PRD Agnes Water.

Mr White said the buyers were from Toowoomba.

“Where else do you buy four acres of beachfront,” Mr White said.

“Buyers are now coming out for the incredibly good quality properties.”
