A warrant has been issued for a Central Queensland man facing numerous charges including supplying dangerous drugs after his no-show at court on Wednesday.
Daniel Neville Tully, 31, had matters listed for sentence in Gladstone Magistrates Court but his lawyer Stephen White told Magistrate Mary Buchanan that his client had not appeared.
As well as one count of supplying dangerous drugs, Mr Tully is facing charges including common assault and wilful damage.
Mr White said he had not been able to contact Mr Tully for the past two days, despite Mr Tully having been in regular contact prior.
Ms Buchanan said Mr Tully knew his appearance was required at court on Wednesday and his matters had been “dragging on for quite some time.”
“It was listed for sentence today (Wednesday),” Ms Buchanan said.
Police prosecutor Sergeant Kevin Ongheen sought a warrant.
Ms Buchanan issued a bail act warrant for Mr Tully.
