The man kicked a shelf out of rage after being told the pharmacy had run out of hair removal cream.

A Moura man reacted appallingly to being told a pharmacy had run out of a hair removal product, a court heard.
Dean Phelan Bates, 26, pleaded guilty in the Gladstone Magistrates Court on Monday to committing a public nuisance offence.
On March 5, between 7am and 9.40am, Bates attended Chemist Warehouse on the Dawson Highway, Gladstone.
When Bates arrived he spoke to a staff member about purchasing hair removal cream and was advised there was no stock remaining.
Subsequently, Bates became irate and in his rage kicked a shelf which caused a number of boxed filled with stock to fall over.
The whole incident was recorded on the store’s CCTV cameras and was witnessed by several members of the public.
On June 26, around, 2.30pm, Bates was intercepted on Musgrave Street, Rockhampton and question in relation to the matter.
He made full admissions to the incident and agreed his behaviour during it would be a public nuisance.
Magistrate Bevan Manthey convicted and fined Bates $600. No conviction was recorded.
