The following people pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court to either drink driving or drug driving offences.

Allen Norman Thierauf, 61
Thierauf had methamphetamine in his system when police intercepted him on Tank St, Gladstone, on March 29.
Thierauf pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on July 7 to drug driving.
With one previous similar offence in the past five years, Thierauf, a coal mine worker, was fined $600 by Magistrate Mary Buchanan and disqualified from driving for three months.
A traffic conviction was recorded.
Breoney Elizabeth Ross, 26
Ross had both cannabis and methamphetamine in her system when police intercepted her on the Bruce Highway at West Stowe, on April 6.
She pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on July 7 to drug driving.
With no similar offending in the past five years, Ross, an employed mother, was fined $550 by Magistrate Mary Buchanan and disqualified from driving for one month.
A traffic conviction was recorded.
Thomas Peter Smart, 27
Smart had both MDMA and cannabis in his system when police tested him on Glenlyon St, Gladstone, on May 4.
He pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on July 7 to drug driving.
The court heard that Smart was on a probationary licence at the time.
With one previous similar offence in the past five years, Smart, an employed father of two and medicinal cannabis user, was fined $600 by Magistrate Mary Buchanan and disqualified from driving for three months.

Tayla Leigh Moucheron Franicevic, 28
Moucheron Franicevic had both cannabis and methamphetamine in her system when she was intercepted by police on Palm Drive, Gladstone, on February 26.
She pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on July 7 to drug driving.
With no similar offending in the past five years, Moucheron Franicevic, a mother of three, was fined $550 by Magistrate Mary Buchanan and disqualified from driving for one month.

Mikayla Anne Smith, 23
Smith had cannabis in her system when police tested her on Auckland St, Gladstone, on March 27.
She pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on July 7 to drug driving.
The court heard Smith was a probationary licence holder.
With no prior offending of this sort, Smith, employed, was fined $450 by Magistrate Mary Buchanan and disqualified from driving for three months.

Shawn David Tull, 54
Tull had cannabis in his system when police intercepted him on Central Lane, Gladstone, on March 13.
He pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on July 7 to drug driving.
With no similar offending in the past five years, Tull was fined $350 by Magistrate Mary Buchanan and disqualified from driving for one month.

Daniel Leonard Butcher, 39
Butcher had both cannabis and methamphetamine in his system when police tested him on Scenery St, Gladstone, on February 2.
He pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on July 7 to drug driving.
With no prior offending of this sort, Butcher was fined $450 by Magistrate Mary Buchanan and disqualified from driving for one month.

Swift blew a reading of .081 after police tested him on Bargara Rd, Bargara, on March 22.
He pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on July 7 to drink driving.
With no prior offending of this sort, Swift, a garden maintenance worker, was fined $450 by Magistrate Mary Buchanan and disqualified from driving for three months.
He successfully applied for a restricted work licence.
