Randall was asked if there was anything she wished to declare before the search commenced and she took out a pink water pipe that was hidden in the car.

During the search of the car, police located a white container containing a pipe, lighter, pipe cleaner and another white container holding 0.47 grams of cannabis.

Randall stated the pink water pipe was only used for tobacco, however, the white box containing the other materials was used for the consumption of cannabis.

Randall stated the items were hers and she had no lawful reason for possessing them and she was issued a notice to appear in the Gladstone Magistrates Court.

Acting Magistrate Paul Byrne convicted and entered Randall into a good behaviour bond of $500 with a condition that she must attend drug diversion.
