A man facing 100 charges has had his case mentioned in a Central Queensland court.
Luke James Duncan, 44, was not required to appear in Gladstone Magistrates Court on November 13.
He is facing 100 charges including numerous counts of break and enter, stealing and fraud.
A solicitor for Mr Duncan said case conferencing had occurred and Mr Duncan had subsequently instructed to set the matters for a long plea.
The solicitor said the barrister that had been retained was “away until January”.
Magistrate Mary Buchanan adjourned Mr Duncan’s matters to February 28 and his bail was enlarged.
