A man has tragically died after falling into an empty pool at Gladstone, with authorities not treating the fatality as suspicious.
Emergency services responded to the incident at 2.45pm on Sunday after reports of a man suffering critical injuries at a residential address on Boles St, Gladstone.
Police said they were not treating the incident as suspicious and that it was not a mental health incident.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
