There were dramatic scenes in the Maryborough inner city on Friday when a man was arrested following an alleged incident at a nearby business.

A man has been arrested by police outside a Maryborough business after allegedly making threats on Friday.
Police were called to a Bazaar Street business about 11.50am following reports of a person making threats.
Upon arrival, officers took a 37-year-old man into custody.
The man is currently assisting police with inquires.
