Two cars were stolen from Wide Bay Motor Group’s car yard in Maryborough this week.
Damage was caused to the business, with police taking photos of the destruction on Monday as investigations were carried out.
The car yard is located at the corner of Alice and Lennox Sts.
Wide Bay Motor Group was contacted for comment, but had not responded as of publishing.
It is unknown what type of cars were stolen in the incident.
“Police are investigating reports of theft in Maryborough (on) March 4,” a police spokeswoman said.
“It is believed two vehicles were stolen from a car business overnight.
“Investigations are ongoing.
“Police are appealing to anyone who may have information or sighting of the incident to contact police.”
